Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the pic2DO application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of pic2DO, including users of the free, Basic, and Premium tiers.
2. License to Use
45 Degree Life Software, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use pic2DO for your personal, non-commercial purposes on iOS and Android devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Sublicense or sell access to the App
3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Basic ($9.99 one-time purchase)
Payment is charged through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) at purchase confirmation. This is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges.
Premium ($4.99/month subscription)
Payment is charged through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
To cancel on iPhone: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → pic2DO Premium → Cancel Subscription.
To cancel on Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → pic2DO Premium → Cancel.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.
4. Free Tier & Advertising
The free tier of pic2DO is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. By using the free tier, you consent to the display of advertisements. Ad targeting and data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
5. User Content
You retain all rights to the photos and content you create or import in pic2DO. By using the App, you represent that you have the right to use any content you add to the App.
We do not claim ownership of your content and do not access or transmit your content to our servers (see Privacy Policy).
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Store or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to interfere with the App's operation or security
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 45 Degree Life Software, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. To delete your account, see our Support page.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
