Do I need an account to use pic2DO?
No. You can start using pic2DO immediately after downloading — no account or sign-in required. Signing in with Google unlocks additional features.
Is pic2DO free?
Yes. pic2DO is free to download and use. The free version is ad-supported. Upgrade to Basic ($9.99 one-time) or Premium ($4.99/month) to remove ads and unlock additional features.
What devices does pic2DO support?
pic2DO is available on both iOS and Android. It requires iOS 16 or later on iPhone, or Android 8.0 or later. iPad support is coming soon.
How do I download pic2DO?
Search for "pic2DO" in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android). Tap Get or Install to download. It's free to start — no credit card required.
How do I add a task?
Tap the camera button on the home screen to snap a photo and create a task. You can also import a photo from your library.
Can I add a reminder to a task?
Yes. After creating a task, tap the clock icon and choose when you want to be reminded. You'll receive a notification with the photo attached so you know exactly what the reminder is for.
How do I mark a task as done?
Tap the task photo to open it, then tap the checkmark. Done tasks move to your completed list.
Can I organize tasks into folders?
Yes. Tap the folder icon to create a folder and assign tasks to it. Great for organizing by room, project, or category.
My reminders aren't showing up. What should I check?
iPhone: Go to Settings → Notifications → pic2DO, toggle Allow Notifications on, and make sure Alerts and Sounds are enabled.

Android: Go to Settings → Apps → pic2DO → Notifications and make sure notifications are turned on.
Can I set recurring reminders?
Recurring reminders are a Premium feature. Upgrade inside the app to enable them.
Where is my data stored?
All your photos, tasks, and reminders are stored locally on your device. We do not store your personal content on our servers.
How do I delete my account?
Open pic2DO → go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account → confirm deletion. This permanently removes all your data. This action cannot be undone.
Can I transfer my data to a new iPhone?
Data transfer via iCloud backup is supported. Make sure iCloud backup is enabled on your old phone before switching devices.
How do I upgrade to Basic or Premium?
Tap the upgrade banner inside the app or go to Profile → Upgrade. Purchases are processed securely through Apple (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
iPhone: Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, find pic2DO Premium, and tap Cancel Subscription.

Android: Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, find pic2DO Premium, and tap Cancel.
I was charged but my upgrade isn't showing. What do I do?
Tap Profile → Restore Purchases inside the app. If the issue persists, contact us using the form below.
